Established by Matt Campbell, DWS has built a reputation as specialists for all types of sheet metal and tubular fabrications.
DWS has very humble beginnings, with Matt starting out as a sole trader in 2006 while working in the backyard. The business steadily grew, and we moved into a factory around 2010. We soon out grew this space and moved our current location in 2013, it was at this time that the company was formed.
Our reputation has been built upon efficient fabrication facilities, continual on-going assessment of administration and in-house procedures, competitive tendering and client satisfaction.
Working from a purpose built factory, we offer in-house fabrications facilities second to none Including CNC Plasma Cutting, CNC Folding, NG Guillotine.
CNC Plasma Cutting – Allows us to cut metal up to 22mm thick with speed and precision.
NG Guillotine – Gives a clean, sharp edge on sheet metal and aluminium, stainless and mild steel. Our cutting capacity of between 0.9mm and 6mm varies dependant on the type of material.
CNC Folding – Ensures we can complete each job with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The CNC Folder helps us to streamline our processes and allows us to fold materials up to 10mm thick.
Welding – We have a wide array of Welders. We are able to MIG and TIG weld. We can also weld aluminium. Some of our welders are portable so we can come to you if the need arises.
Lathe and Mills – enable us to accurately and precisely machine metal.
We aim to be a one stop shop and are able to facilitate Powder coating, laser cutting and ring rolling when required. We welcome you to call us, or visit our warehouse to discuss your up-coming projects in more detail.
Nyx… the DWS mascot!
Nyx is a chocolate Doberman who joined us in May 2017 as our Head of Security and HR Manager. Nyx comes into work most days and can usually be found wandering around the factory or office.
She undertakes a quick welfare check each morning, popping into each work bay to say Hello and get a quick pat then it’s up to the Office to Supervise. Nyx loves going for a drive and will often go out on a delivery or site visit to check our progress.
